Sengoku then called him a Roger Pirate to show that those who were around during Roger’s era know him more as a Roger Pirate.

Oda hyped him more as a Roger Pirate than a WBP when Oden was introduced in Zou too.

Oden was combatant in WBP and WB's brother. Oden's role was more of someone who deciphers poneglyphs on roger pirates.

4 years as WBP vs 1 year as Roger pirate. Yeah I consider him much more of WBP and ray's equivalent of WBPs.

Odens introduction was that he rode with the Roger pirates as a member of their crew. A few chapters after there was an off handed comment about riding on Whitebeards ship.

Between the two Oda made far more emphasis on him being a Roger pirate. He was a Roger pirate through and through. Just like Jinbes a straw hat pirate and not a Sun pirate. Like Robins a Straw Hat and not a Baroque works pirate.

If Oda gives it to Usopp in this arc I fully expect all the East Blue crewmembers to have it in the end, as silly as it it sounds

Wouldn’t shock me tbh. They are the ones who decided to enter the pirates graveyard with barely a crew and no plan.

I think all ex-Warlords are candidates for CoC tbh, including Jinbe, Law and Crocodile.

That's 5... Assuming there would be 5 CoC users among the SHs, who would that 5 be?

My guess: Luffy, Zoro, Usopp, Sanji, still have no idea who would be the 5th one...

I'm surprised that most people here believe that Nami will get one... Hmm, how and why do you think she will awaken CoC?

Are you expecting her to clear a weather system using CoC that her arsenals can't stop?
