Questions & Mysteries Roger/Rayleigh/Gaban bounty difference vs. Luffy/Zolo/Sanji bounty difference

Hard to see Sanji getting above 2 bil EOS while Zoro is almost confirmed to have above at least 3.6 bil and Luffy above or 5.56 bil. The current bounties are for cementing the SHPs as a Yonko crew with three guys above a bil and a Yonko with 3 bil. The next stage is Luffy becoming a PK and Zoro becoming WSS so their target bounties are set. Sanji and Gaban don't have that, Gaban and Sanji actually don't have any parallel at all even more so now that Jinbe has a higher bounty than Sanji and is seen by the outside world as the YC2 whereas Sanji is the YC3.
Rayleigh is basically Yonkou threat level :
- Pirate King's right hand
- strong enough to go toe toe with an admiral even he's old now (so imagine when he was younger)
- Garp suggested it would have been a bad idea to go against Rayleigh in the same time than Whitebeard
- even old, can scare an Emperor
- has probably the 3 advanced forms of haki
- knows the Void Century secret WG tries to hide.
In short, this dude is not worth less than an Emperor. I bet he has a bounty above 4 billions, like 4.683 billions (if Oda wants to go full wordplay) or 4.7 billions (if Oda draws inspiration from silver's atomic number).
As of Gaban, we know basically nothing about him except he was probably the crew's number 3 and he got put in some panels with Rayleigh.
But he's still very dangerous for the WG because he knows too the Void Century secret.
So I guess, if Oda wants again go full wordplay or draws inspiration from atomic number, his bounty might be 2.9 billions or 3.588 billions (I don't see him have less than Kid or Law honestly).

I already talked about this in the reward thread. Rayleigh is today the most important pirate alive, despite being Roger's right hand he has an identity unrelated to him, he is Dark King, he has his strength equally recognized and he knows the secrets of the world government. Rayleigh is worth at least 4 billion and since Shanks bounty is so close to that I would say he is worth more than Shanks.
Zoro has an average reward of 50% of Luffy's, sometimes more than 60%, sometimes less than 40%. I would say Rayleigh has 80% of Roger's bounty and the same will happen with Zoro when he separates his identity from Luffy by becoming the strongest swordsman.

In your clown dreams. Rayleigh was worthless fodder in comparison to Roger and equal and relative to Gaban.
Same goes for Zoro being worthless fodder in comparison to Luffy and equal and relative to Sanji.
Zoro is vastly closer in everything to Sanji then he will ever be to Luffy. In fact, Zoro is closer to Jinbei then he is to Luffy.

Gaban will most likely have one higher than Crocodile, around 2.1-2.2b(BB's Yonko bounty before recent update).
