I'm not sure if Shiryu's Sword is Great Grade. So far, it seems Oda gave Supreme Blades to Greatest Swordsman, Roger & Roger 2.0, Strongest Man, Leader of Holy Knights, One of Five Elder Godheads, Possibly Imu & probably Rocks D. Xebec

And for Great Grade, He gave them to Zoro (MC Swordsman), Oden (Put alongside Roger, WB, Shanks & Xebec) and Momo (Who is Hyped to become an Unrivaled King or Samurai at least), and let's not forget Sword God

So it seems that Great & Supreme Grade Blades are being given to Extremely Major & Powerful Individuals & their Status/Fame is on a completely whole other Level, They are/were basically Candidates to sit on Empty Throne

Shiryu's Fame & Status & Role isn't comparable to any of these Swordsmen, so for now i don't believe He has One of Top 33 Swords until proven otherwise.

Candidates for Characters who might have wielded or currently have a Supreme/Great Blade are Vander Decken, God of Elbaf, Founder of Wano, Another Elbaf Prince/God, Joy Boy ... etc

Shiryu should have a Skillful Grade Sword, which imo is same as Shiki's Two Swords, Hyogoro's Sword, Fujitora's, Big Mom's, Vista, Cavendish ... etc

Shiryu will have at bare minimum a 21 grade blade, with a good chance of him having a supreme blade.

More than likely yes. If its the OP equivalent of a muramasa blade, then it's definitely a supreme grade sword
