When did Roger ever fight with a gun? Just because he has no 'sword style' doesn't make him any less of a swordsman. Big Meme doesn't just fight with a sword, but she also fights with her homies and her fists so calling her exclusively a swordsman is untrue. However, unlike Roger, when have we ever seen him fight with another weapon like a gun like you claim?

According to @Arrow if someone does not name his style he's not swordsman. Guys like Denjiro, Ashura, Johhny & Yosaku and many others are probably kickboxers usings swords just for the lolz.

Those title's are beneath the Pirate King. As Kaido said it, Roger conquered the world with just his Haki.

2 out of the 3 World's Strongest people have already admitted inferiority to the Pirate King. Doesn't really matter anyways because Roger is of a different era than the one Mihawk is from. Roger died before Mihawk became WSS.

Roger became Pirate King simply by travelling all islands. He CHOSE not to face BM in order to have her Poneglyph.

Roger is also a swordsman without doubt the only time we see him fight/clash the first thing he does is draw his sword. He even has named attack with his blade

He clashed with WB using his sword again if he had other means of fighting surely we would see that against wb

Roger uses a supreme grade meito (Ace) he loved so much he named his son after it reminds me of Zoro how he treasures his swords his special bond with them, we have been given all the info we need. Roger had no df ability or any genetic modifications as Kaido himself confirmed he rose to the top with his swordsmanship and haki. The pushback is from agenda driven users who are too insecure to acknowledge the obvious.
