Vasto Lorde Ichigo wins, he sonned the same Ulquiorra who could lowkey spam country level nukes without even being at full power. Even in the hellverse movie which Kubo supervised, he was a threat to destory a planetary sized hell dimension albeit not directly but that’s a level of power alien to the One Piece verse currently. He should be able to solo the OP verse itself.

Dude that’s continental with his eyepatch lol, where are the semi casual continental feats in OP in comparison? With a 10 times multiplier in Bankai he’s easily in the Multi Continental range, who from the One Piece cast is stomping that?

Nothing that happened up to Wano has current OP top tiers above country level max. Whitebeard is the only one that has a solid case for small continental lvl AP but with the way you’re wanking them you literally got top tiers in One Piece at planetary it looks like lol. On the other hand while Bleach lacks a lot of feats, statements have indicated they’re even stronger than the few feats they have displayed. Whatever tho, I don’t want to nerd out with all these calcs lol it’s clear Bleach > OP in overall power, the current anime is only cementing this further with Squad Zero showing out.
