sorta but he’s more merciful and much more likable

he’s a kira that actually cares about the people safety and has emotions

i’m talking from the series i think it’s more than 3 but i know 3 characters from the show that are definitely scum

For 25 players it should be more than 4 I think.

Tokyo Ghoul there were 20 platers IIRC and there were 4 mafia and 3 independents (Reborn, Yo Tan Wa and other I forgot)

This standing out as a 25 players game has me to believe there could be 4/5 mafia and a couple of indies, unless a multi ball is featuring, then a couple of mafia teams composed by 3 members each
