I'm not sure if both are lying. Vamps would explain the lack of kills or we just have an arso or PB in the game. I think if they fail to recruit they will deal a basic attack. Or they just have been blocked and that's why they failed.

The possibility of two Docs with poisoner and vamps could be the case. But now with so many double claims, I'm having my doubts.
2 VHs, 2 trackers and 2 docs, vig and jailer would mean the vamps are clearly outmatched.
First we can examine Lanji:
1) He saw Light visit Fuji on night 1. That apparently checks out with Light too.
2) He saw me visit you on night 2.
But So far, from claims, Light and I never interacted from night actions. So I don't think Lanji, as PB, infected Light and could know that I visited you since I don't think I'm infected. That means Lanji is likely the tracker and is telling the truth.
You:
1) We know Juliet visited you and you tracked Juliet.
2) Last night Fuji and I visited you and Van visited Fuji.
If you were PB, you could have guessed Fuji visiting you since he was hinting at doctor last day phase, but you wouldn't have known between Van and me. It would have to be 50% odds or lesser for you to correctly guess that Van visited Fuji again. The only 100% correct measure is if you were really Tracker. So I think you're tracker for now and you couldn't have been converted since I visited you last night.
The VHs:
We have a counter claim here, so one of them is def lying. They should be the lynch imo.
The two docs:
