Lewyn Martell was true steel, Aerys Kingsguards were a team of badasses. Jaime takes pride from having learned from every one of them, Lewyn included. I'm not sure if Lewyn was weaker than Oberyn at all frankly.

Anyway, the Targaryens win. I would say that either Targaryen warrior is better than either Martell, and they even have Valyrian steel.

Brienne is brave, as is Duncan. Pound for pound braver than Dayne and Barristan. They even have talent to go with it, size and strength. Duncan even has a few really good feats such as surviving a trial by Seven as a literal amateur, defeating Lyonel Baratheon 1 v 1 (a Baratheon with fighting pedigree). Honestly, I could see him defeating Selmy more times than not.
But Brienne just has no chance against Dayne. Switching the match ups doesn't change the outcome imo.

Regretably the Kingsguard Pride wins
