Luffy gets Captured & sent to Mary Geoise
Zoro gets Captured & sent to Impel Down
Sanji somehow ends up in Vegapunk's Island
Not sure about Rest of Crew
Luffy gonna be somehow saved thanks to Meat
Zoro gonna be saved thanks to arrival of a Master Swordsman (Shanks)
Sanji gonna leave Vegapunk's Island after a Beautiful Female asks for his Help (Shirahoshi)
This fulfills Usopp's Lie in Thriller Bark
However why would Oda do this?
First of all, it allows him to explore Vegapunk's Island, re-visit Impel Down & do a short Mary Geoise Arc without needing to take the whole crew to these Places & doing them one at a time (In other words, it allows him to explore all loose ends & introduce everything he needs for Final War)
Sanji goes to Vegapunk Island because they will ask his Help to build a Second Pluton, why? Because the Original One was taken
Zoro ends up in Impel Down because Oda will introduce the Lurking Legend there, he is from Level 6 & by that, i mean a Secret Chambre there, not even Magellan knows about it (Which is why Shanks will go to Impel Down, because this Prisoner is the same Pirate whom Shanks wanted to discuss with Gorosei)
This Lurking Legend, as soon as he leaves Impel Down, he will go to Fishmen Island & destroy it (Arlong's Sister's Prophecy)
So Zoro will go after him after he escapes, and this is why Shirahoshi is gonna be meeting Sanji & asking for his help, it's because her Home was attacked, leading to Zoro + Sanji re-uniting in Fishmen Island, but they fail to stop this Villain
After they leave Fishmen Island, which happens simultaneously with Luffy's Escape from Mary Geoise, all Three meet in Marine HQ, where they escape the Three Admirals. Which marks the second reason for these Three Short Sub-Stories, it will allow Oda to make SHs fix their Ls from Pre-TS
And their Failures were Post-Thriller Bark where Luffy was unable to stop Kuma, Magellan & later the Three Admirals
So Zoro gonna defeat Magellan & completely destroy Impel Down Legend (He himself claimed to be King of Hell)
Sanji gonna prove himself to be Strongest Warrior of Science & surpass Kuma (Fully Enhanced & New)
Luffy gonna escape with Sabo from Mary Geoise & they will be able to escape Three Admirals without them able to stop them
After Lurking Legend destroys Fishmen Island & takes what he wanted, his next Target gonna be Zunisha which he will forcefully lead to Elbaf (His Final Destination), so Luffy & Co. will decide to go there, Shirahoshi gonna tag along, Blackbeard Pirates would travel there too (After destroying Mary Geoise), Imu & his Group will also be seperate & travel to Elbaf, same for Revos (After they hear again from Sabo & Co.), & ofc Shanks with Red-Hair Pirates. Finally, Akainu gonna get really angry & decide it's time for Marines to fight with full force
SH Pirates, Red-Hair Pirates, BB Pirates, Revos, Marines, Imu & his Group, Lurking Legend, Zunisha (+ Many Others) are all gonna collide in Elbaf.
So yeah, i believe Ryokugyu Appearance, the unclear Wano Ending & the big foreshadowing from Opening where they showed Three Log Poses indicates that my Theory might indeed be True. If Luffy does indeed get captured, i will share explanation for every single detail & exactly what's gonna happen for all characters, introduced or not
