People also ignore Ryokugyus extremely reactionary nature. Like this guy is obnoxiously loud and tends to shout stuff all the time. He even screamed when Raizo used his flame scroll on him just to troll.

He's like Kizaru in that they play with their opponents but he's extremely emotional whereas Kizaru is more analytical and emotionless while still trolling his opponents.

Is that the only option your brain can conjure? I believe there are at least 3 billion possibilities you didn't consider in this genius reply. I can think of dozens.
