Kurama was evil when he was supposed to be evil, so what are you talking about? Kurama sabotaged and always tricked naruto into using his Chakra to make his seal weaker

he even attacked likes of Sakura and jiraiya and harmed them for days and gave the death wounds

he harmed naruto himself multiple times.

but when the time came he had proper character development and stopped doing "Evil" things cause there was no point to it anymore

10/10 design
Great dialogue
Extremely intelligent and effective fighter
An absolute menace
An unabashedly evil, “lovable bastard” type of villain, like Frieza.

Sukuna as a villain is mid his design is cool but he lacks just about everything else.

Mahito is the best villain from jjk that is a fact.
