With proper matchups like Gyoro Gyoro/Psykos planned in canon, the MA can gain the advantage. Orochi alone would wipe out several S-class by himself. The demons are almost non factors for the stronger heroes but Bug God vs TTM or PPP would be a good fight, add in one or two more demon level threats and they lose badly. The MA wins the majority.

Metal Knight will have to send in a bit of his robots to handle the ~30 Demon level monsters since those Demons could cost the S class some fights if they can ambush them while fighting Dragons.

Yeah there's a lot of variables that go into this. TTM and PPP work better as support because even some of the demon level threats like the Cockroach or Bug god are likely too much for them.

Metal Knight is hyped up to be able to beat Elder Centipede with his full army i think, i am not sure if a single robot can handle a demon level threat especially the stronger ones.

Psykos is a hard counter to someone like Bang, she along with Homeless Emperor make a deadly combo who could defeat him in the webcomic even in his Abandonment form without much difficulty, most physical fighters would have trouble taking them head on, and since Tatsumaki is busy with Orochi, Psykos can go all out and do crazy shit. I agree on Flashy and Darkshine being able to take on GS together, but they'd take a while, that's two of the strongest heroes being kept busy. The Ninja Brothers are also too fast for the likes of Genos and Metal Bat etc.

I really can't think of a scenario where the heroes can win this.

That is unfair, Heroes are at much disadvantage without their Trump Card i.e King.

Heroes loses whatever way we may see it. Orochii and Homeless Emperors +3 others are too much for Heroes if we don't count in Blast, who is hyped to be Saitama equal. Metal Knight n Tatsumaki are only two other Heroes capable of beating these opponent and evn thn Orochii could be completely out of their payscale. As for rest they only stand chances of winning by takin em on in Tag Teams.

It should also be noted Pyskos will match the fighters according to advantage over Heroes, given they have all the information on Heroes. Heroes also have numerical disadvantage overall.
