Tatsumaki telekinetically twisting Orochi Psykos into oblivion (the same Psykos whose beam was strong enough to cut a small spherical cap of the Earth's surface and lift it up) could be too much for a the Gokage to manage here.
Ay could be fast enough to catch Tatsumaki off guard when she is not in the middle of using her telekinetic abilities for defense/offense, but even that is debatable depending on what speed feat Tatsumaki directly scales to.
When Edo Madara released his Complete Susanoo, it effortlessly defeated the 5 Gokage without much effort. Even that version of Susanoo had nowhere near the destructive capability (or scales) of a beam that can cut through and lift (with sheer force alone) something big enough that it had to be shown in outer space.
