Dnt get it… we can’t see what lvl of damage caused their cover in darkness.

But consider they seem to be devils/ or mythological zoans. There durability already enhanced, them feeling the need to change forms could be a positive indication. Dnt see much negative at all really, hell Luffy/Marco/Kaido are the mythological Zoan we know. An it’s extremely hard to hurt all them straight up.

this is 5 top tier & a god tier in a room. While Sabo restricted at that. He gets praise for making it out alive. Flame emperor hype was a bit much tho.

You're missing the point. It's not that the chapters prove Sabo is not a top tier or w.e.

It's that Oda set the reverie up this way:
-Fuji injuries/bandages
-4 Revs vs 2 Admirals with Sabo being the only relevant Rev (Karasu, Morley, Lindbergh weaker than Ivankov who got walk diffed by Akainu)
-Revs mission succeeded, Admirals failed and Greenbull seen still mad about it in Wano.
-Sabo Flame Emperor portrayal, taking over for Dragon himself, more hype than Yonkou Luffy.

In other words Oda set it up that Sabo pretty much had to walk out of the reverie with a top tier feat. In 100 scenarios, 99 included the Revs and Sabo walking out looking great. Oda somehow managed to pump out the 1 outcome which gave Sabo zero feats and the revs close to zero credit while giving the Admirals all the excuses and cards (Fuji helping revs, Greenbull nerfed through the roof and still needing Fuji to join the other side to justify his fail, Fuji's injuries coming from Greenbull).

This couldn't have worked out worse for Sabo. He was much better off the reverie being offpanel. With context we now know he quite literally ran around and did nothing. Unless the fb continues and Sabo meets the Admirals it's a wrap for him for the time being.

This is not the reason he is getting slandered. The reason for the slander is simply community backlash.

For the past 4 years and recently with chapter 1054, the community has been wanking Sabo like a god. Claims like "Sabo>admirals", "Sabo casually damages fuji and escapes with kuma and everyone without scratches" were common.
Which now have been proven baseless. This is the major reason for backlash

This is pretty similar to zkk backlash at end of wano.

I agree about Imu. Oda is trying to make Imu as mysterious as possible. Like even in 4th appearance Imu is still a silhouette.

Maybe we get why sabo ended up at lulucia at the end of this flashback.

I think it’s because 2 things :

- fans overwanked Sabo feats fighting admirals and such : even when we didn’t know shit about the event it was obvious the 2 admirals were heavily nerfed, being surprised, fighting in God place with CD and Kings everywhere, being 4 vs 2 etc. Wanking Sabo through the roof for that was always stupid.

- it depends what you think is feat and accomplishments : Sabo part was the most important of the reverie : discovering the truth of the world, discovering Imu, Gorosei powers, establishing himself as a world known figure etc.

Yeah it wasn’t what we expected as a scenario but who cares frankly. No Sabo bad points for me.

Sabo being called the Emperor of Flame the same Moment Luffy became a Yonko, Kid/Law beat BM etc is no coincidence. He put himself as a center figure of the world.

and for the part of the Rev getting 0 credit : Karasu Morley and Lind were quite great and had good feats
