I hope so though there is the possibility that like Luffy, Kid and Law we can have Luffy with ACoC, Ace with CoC and Sabo with nothing like Law.

Don't really know why people care so much whether someone get's conqueror's. 1010 was the point of no return of it being just something top tiers have. Oda has never definitively said what it means to be a conqueror for a reason and that was to just give it to anyone that needs to have it for the story
