The only problem here is Amaterasu. MS Sasuke is weaker than Naruto, but has a tricky ability to deal with. Post Pain Arc Naruto was already at Bijuu levels in terms of power scaling. Susanoo is not durable enough to withstand against an attack like Super Giant Rasengan Barrage and Sasuke would not be able to take down a Bijuu with MS alone, since they have chakra cloaks which they can dispatch on will, meaning that Amaterasu would not be effective against one. Howeveri just due to Amaterasu:
Sasuke>Naruto>=Bijuu>>Sasuke at this stage.
Give Naruto V1 Chakra Cloak for the matchup, which he would be able to dispatch at will to get rid of Amaterasu, and he would trash Sasuke hard.

Forgot to add: EMS Sasuke is in no way comparable to KCM Naruto. Had they fought at that stage, Sasuke would be a laughingstock against Naruto.
6 Paths Naruto is also marginally stronger than 6 Paths Sasuke. Sasuke used all of Naruto's power, namely all tailed beasts with all of their chakras, against him yet Naruto still ended up winning the fight. Naruto was too smart at that fight: used his main body as a diversion/stalling method against tailed beast powered up Susanoo so that Kurama would be able to gather Natural Energy below (had Sasuke noticed Kurama, both Naruto and Kurama would be dead at that fight. That was an amazing plan.) and thinking about the fact that Sasuke would not be able to sync immediately with his own chakra when he absorbed it were quite good intellectual moves on Naruto's part.
