I just think we dont have any proof that Yotsumaru was doing anything crazy other than just hiding outta sight. Nothing implies that he was more active than Satoda.

If theyre the same age, I'd see them at the same lvl. And again Kanaguri did far better than Shishiba. Too add to the fact that Kanaguri also beat a previous Order with also no serious injuries. I think its very fair that everything is leading to Kanaguri > Shishiba.
