Very good chapter. It continues Yuto's talent for flesh out characters and focusing on their daily lives as if they were real people.
One thing that came to my mind: If The Order is the biggest deal in the manga,isn't Slur's Group going to all-out war against them too early in the story? May it be that SD is not going to be as long a manga as we think? Maybe Slur's Group will succeed in take down the Order right now,and the manga's final conflict will be the chaos inflicted on Japan by their rise to the top of assasins society? What you guys think?
And if it's a all-out war,it's only fair that there are casualties on both sides. Maybe Kashima having "a bad feeling in his gut" is a sign of that. If some of our favorites are going to die,Yuto should make their deaths satisfying by writing them all going out with a bang. Who you guys think will die?

I think The Order will eventually annilate all of them. This arc is to truly cement The Order for the monsters they are.

I'm personally rooting for Slur's Group to succeed. I've been hungry for stories with successful villains since that clusterfuck that was Shitty Country Arc.

Tbh, SD never seemed to aim for 700+ chapter manga to me, so I think it could be finished in about 350 chapters, or something like that. Let's see how it goes.

As for Slur's group winning, hmm, that could be an interesting twist, but we all know the rules of the genre, don't we.

I'm personally rooting for Slur's Group to succeed. I've been hungry for stories with successful villains since that clusterfuck that was Shitty Country Arc.

I dont think they will be sucessful. They are too dangerous and theyve killed too many innocents to be sucessful. However after Slur is taken down, I think Asaki and The Order will be the next villains or perhaps one of the final ones. Either way JAA will also get changed.
