we know that the Sandia Kitetsu has the lowest grade among Zoro's swords , Wado is one of 21 , and so it Sushui and I expect Enma to be one of them at least.
while the Sandai kitetsu is not even one of the 50 , and we know that the Nidai Kitetsu is one of the 21 as well. so I imagine that it get broken , and he gets that Nidai as a third sword.
so his three swords would be of 21 great grades.
and i think the reason why Oda decided that Sushui should be taken from Zoro because it is already a black sword so he wanted that Zoro make his swords black himself.
so even if his swords are not of the highest grarde , they would be of them if he can make them black.

He will (it seems at least) change Shusui for Enma and that is 1, now it is doubtfull if he will get 2 changes in a single arc. Anyway since this first seems a simple exchange the 2nd one has to be because his kitetsu is broken.

Considering how things are getting crazy this arc it could be that he gets a 2 round fight in which he loses the first and breaks the sword to replace it and win the 2nd or he has his fight (1 round) he wins but breaks a sword. Which could happen.

Indeed if he has to change his swords there is no better place and considering the timing forbthe changes (last was a lot of years ago) it is now or never.

All blades can become black blades. Even the nameless swords Zoro used at the beginning of the series wouldn't have broken with CoA applied to them. The rank is inconsequential. That determines the swords base durability, that's all.

I am not sure, at one side we have Tengu master Carpenter who can make a New sword for Zoro from two of previous supreme swrds.

Another side we have Mihawk mentioning swords don't get broken when inbued with Haki.
Before rereading this Mihawk panel i was thinking perhaps maybe with Better Haki, superior opponents can br3ak swords bt i guess it doesn't happen. So No swords wouldn't get broken.

Zoro nonchalantly gave away Shusui. If Oda was willing to give that away for a blade that is only arguably better, he can easily have Zoro exchange the Sandai for the Nidai. Especially since Nidai is the objectively superior sword.

Haki doesn't prevent your sword from breaking it just makes it stronger so its less likely to break. Vergo destroyed smokers haki'd weapon with a strong attack. That means Zoro's sword can break. I also see it breaking as well because that is Zoro's weakest sword and we are 80% done with the series it's time for Zoro to get all 21 supreme grade + swords now. Why else would Oda introduce the Nedai Keitsu?

Yea I want to see Oda get rid of that weak sword. It makes no sense for someone on the level of Sanji to not have only 21 great grade swords or higher
