I know we all dont have evidence on who fights who but Sanji being fated to fight Kizaru is as fated as Luffy fighting BB, zoro fighting shiryu and usopp fighting Auger. Kizaru stated speed equals weight, Sanji has stated his exoskeleton made his attacks heavier, faster and strong enough to deal with higher temperature flames. Kizaru moves at the speed of light, Sanji in some instances his attacks were fast enough that his opponents didnt notice where he was at. Its already sort of proven that his observation Haki is probably the best in the crew since Luffy stated his ovservation Haki needs more work when Jimbei took Sanjis advice where enemies are located. And of course that kind of haki will be important on predicting when and where kizaru will attack sanji.
