Sanji and Chooper been highlighted together a lot lately, will sanji lose his emotions and Chooper finds a way to cure it? The in this way sanji can save his "family" too

No, I don’t see Sanji losing his emotions. The point of his mother’s sacrifice is for him to retain his emotions it doesn’t have to do with it he power exoskeleton provide.

Also adding this emotionless Sanji to the plot is a waste of time and panel.

I think Oda has presumably found a gateway to allow Sanji to retain his emotions, perhaps by focusing on his friends or stuff of that kind.
