I don't think either of them have adv CoC, at least for now.
Kidd's lighting is quite obvious that is from his df.
As for sanji, he explained his powers to us before his final attack so it should be something extra hot imo.
Oda use lightings for many kinds of hits but adv CoC attacks have leaking lighting before the hit actually lands and after ofc.
But both of those were special lightings, that's for sure, just not adv CoC imo..
