Here's my thought about how it will go down; I think that Sanji will kick off the fight using the raid suit and that he adapted his own variation of various rokushiki techniques such as Rankyaku, Shigan/Flying Shigan(a toe version lol) combining both with DJ is deadly, Soru, tekkai using similar to Jyabra and even using it on certain body parts(such as his legs for example) and Kamei combining it with CoO. It will still not be enough to give Queen any significant damage in my opinion, but likewise Queen can't hit Sanji so they both are in a stalemate for the majority of the fight, but the sly Queen is gonna pull out his viruses and will cause Sanji a disease which is similar to Encephalitis, giving him fever but also affecting his brain making him off balance and slow enough for Queen to land the finishing blow. So he will awaken his genes die to overflowing emotions of wanting to save his friends from Queen who is about to kill Usopp, Okiku and others, and he saves them in last minute. So his Germa upgrade will give him better immunity against diseases and allows him to generate flames more efficiently and stronger ones too plus the tough exoskeleton. I think Queen will be pummeled to a pulp after this and will be shortly put down by Sanji using hell memories
