Sanji was beating Page One during the beginning of the fight, plus here Page One suffers a great attack while screaming in pain. Sanji was fine a few chapters after. Just logical deduction
1.Page One is in onigashima looking healthy
2. To defeat such strong opponent it would take time and higher difficulty so neg diff and low diff i cant see happening
