He most likely never beat Drake otherwise the manga would have provided us with clearer signs of that.
And for PO more likely not as well, at least if we say the beat up was almost as consistent as Luffy v Katakuri since Kuri took several weeks to fight properly again.

they're fighting in different time frame, first p1 then drake at yasuie execution.. but i think sanji didn't beat p1 yet he certainly could but not to do so cause they're supposed in low profile right?

Yeah yeah I know well that are 2 separated events/days, but the way Drake talked to Sanji made me think that even if Sanji didn't fully KO Page One, he at least beated him bad
The way Sanji reacts to P1 in Onigashima suggests that too, imo
