Germa don't have a healing factor like you think. They have unbreakable bodies and enhanced regeneration. If he's already up after the Queen fight, that's what they mean.
Reiju still has her regeneration, but she still needs bed rest, an Ivy drip, and co. It's not treated weirdly.

I think eyebrows means his emotions are fine, even marco who is freaking phoenix needs rest and bandages maybe.
The special bullets aren’t magical anti healing bullets. They are candy jacketed rounds that pierced through armour. If the healing works the way you appear to be thinking it does, then simply taking out the bullets should solve everything. But Reiju needing medical care isn’t even treated as something that’s weird.
Sanji can simply get better taster than he normally would. And for things like broken bones, they simply won’t affect him since his bones are mechanical or whatever.

Ok, but his bones didnt go back to their broken state. He healed them and Queen didnt break them again.
Which is why it's what I said and explained, it's a matter of stamina/energy. He is tired because he fought to the limit.
As for why he is bandaged, that's because this is the basic treatment. He seems like wounded, so the girl bandaged him, that's all.

Sanji fandom has a possible explanation for these, in case you didn't know:
- Her eyebrows' change is related to the gene transformation, and it's back to normal because the transformation is interrupted/not finished. This is why Zoro noticed Sanji's eyebrows change, because the transformation is starting to happen.
- Just like in real life, healing requires energy. Sanji is warrior of science, so science rules applying still makes sense. When his body got broken by Queen, he still has some energy left for his exoskeleton to mend for his injury. Post battle he doesn't have enough power for his exo to heal his body.
This is why Sanji collapses after battle, mostly not because of Queen's attack, but because of his energy is spent on fixing his body.
