I think that with his Vinsmoke genes turned off....everything that was healed gets back to how it was. Meaning all his bones are broken and his organs are ruptured as well. And that the Vinsmoke genes thing is basically his own Mink Medicine thingy ( without the double damage thing).

Lastly it will also explain why Evil Sanji wont happen. If Sanji leaves the genes on long enough....he turns evil. However if he uses it for a while and turns it off before going evil. Hes safe.

That's a really interesting idea, it could easily explain why Sanji didn't go evil in his fight with Queen, which I thought was a little bit convenient.
It also makes for some interesting developments that could happen later on (or maybe sooner than we think).
It seems pretty likely that this is the explanation for why his eyebrows are back to normal, though I guess it could just be because he didn't lose his emotions. But I prefer this theory.

I also like the fact that Sanji conciously changing the direction of his eyebrow like an on-switch.

Sanji germa genes at this point does seem passive because if it wasn't he would have already heal up after all those attacks he took from queen, but one thing we do need is a better that a explanation on it, which we'll get later on & I love the theory for evil sanji not coming out,

I always thought that Sanji regenerated his bones after Queen's choil because the Exoskeleton did it by itself at that especific moment (chapter 1028), the awakening process was still happening much before that, and thats why Sanji says he is dragged down and feeling off, even Zoro realizes that theres something wrong.

Not simply because he can turn it on and off, the fact that he destroyed the suit and asked Zoro to potentially kill him if he started acting weird or insane shows that Sanji has no control over that

Then on chapter 1031 Sanji stops feeling weird, and asks himself if it meant that "the awakening process was completely finished".

So you're either right about the "on" and "off" thing, or Sanji simply could prevent from him going crazy by not using the suit again, and because he is built different, his mindset wouldn't let him get transformed, but even if he did he would prefer to simply die, even by the hands of Zoro.

He was so decided on not relying on the suit to fight that he refused to use the suit even while getting crushed to death by Queen.

The whole thing about Sanji's emotions and his life on chapter 1031, the way he got pissed off, vanished, boosted his fire power and almost transformed into a demon, while using "Hell Memories" for example, might have something to do with stopping his evil transformation.

The first time Sanji used Hell Memories, he said "Let me burn those experiences from my mind!". Thats what it means

As i thought it could happen, Sanji might have stopped his transformation by getting extremely enraged.

I agree he can turn it off and on. Especially since when Nami hits sanji for being a perv. Oda wouldn’t want Nami hurting herself. Among other things. Wonder what this means for his character and his future power progression. I would assume sanji will get good enough to use it as long as he wants without turning evil.

At this point, i don't know what Oda is doing with Sanji's power up. Unless he drew by mistake his eyebrows in the other direction two times in a row and in different chapters, Sanji should be back to normal. And since i doubt even Oda would take away from Sanji his new IJ, he should be able to turn it on anytime he wants. But Sanji was very specific: he started feeling weird after he wore the RS for the third time, this is when his awakening began.

So it is possible that in order to actually activate the exoskeleton, he will have to be in the same conditions. Thus:
1) he needs the RS, but it would be weird since he wore the suit a week before.
2) he needs a lunarian to hit his belly
3) he needs to touch Momo while wearing the RS:halt:

And there is also the fact that Queen hit O-Some so it wasn't necessary to (try to) destroy the RS.
Something is missing :zorothink:

Probably the RS that is coming back for sure anytime in a very close future:kidsmile:

I don't think he did that. That would have been way more highlighted, Sanji never felt that much pain. Queen attack hurt Sanji but it just bent his body. We already saw the same happening to the Vinsmokes, we shouldn't assume more occurred to Sanji for now.
Chopper and the others thought his bones were all broken because they consider Sanji as a normal human.
