I've been pondering on this for a while now.
What if the Raid Suit is not a sign of acceptance from his family ? But a malicious plan to take control of Sanji using forbidden technology ?
We know Vinsmoke Judge has connections with Vegapunk, the mad scientist.
Sanji's brothers are described by Reiju as "barely humans", they were modified in a way that made them relinquish their basic human emotions.
As we all know, Judge despises Sanji to the core, it would make no sense to suddenly try and get on his side, it's a plausible notion that he's noticed Sanji has more potential than his brothers and thus, plans to take control of him and render him a remorseless fighting/killing machine using none other than the Raid Suit.
This is raw speculation on my end, but just what if, the suit is an entity of its own ?
I could see it play out like the Venom symbiote, trying to take control of Eddie Brock, giving him extra power :
In Spiderman 3, Peter gets corrupted by the sheer power of the symbiote suit, what if the raid suit posseses similar propreties ?
Similarly, we could witness Sanji throughout the course of the story get more and more unhinged, act out-of character at times, display more brutality and what not. A sign the Suit is taking control of his psyche.
Ultimately, this could lead to Sanji becoming self-aware, and attempt to fight it off, presumably close to EOS, at which point both he and the suit would have grown immensly in power.
Similar to Godzilla against his mecha counterpart.
Sanji will destroy the Raid Suit monster, and grow stronger from it.

Oda missed an opportunity in WCI :
Sanji putting the RS to fight Niji and stomping him like a madman.
Then fighting Ichiji who took Nami as hostage. Then fight begins and Sanji doesn’t care about Nami, hurt her while fighting and doesn’t protect her, then he réalizes he became like his bros, and then finish off Ichiji without the suit.

Absolutely love this theory, big dawg...there’s no way in hell the Vinsmokes had a change of heart since they don’t have the required equipment for that, and their reputation as an evil empire preceded them at the start of WCI. They wouldn’t accept Sanji after decades of pretending he didn’t exist, so the fact that they gave him a suit so readily has always been suspicious. For all the additional power it gives him, there are sure to be a few drawbacks, and what would be a less palatable option for the chef than this?
Sanji should attempt to fight himself, not his own suit in the first place.
I wish Oda did something with his character. Made him train more despite I understand it's not his major objective to, albeit could still be useful. Worked on his personality.
