Neither Luffy nor Zoro came from a royal family yet both have CoC because they are King themselves. Sanji did come from a royal family yet he doesn't have CoC. Maybe because his familiars are frauds and he himself doesn't have what it takes to be a King. The only one who should have it because of his lineage doesn't have it lmao

Ryuma was the greatest swordsman of all time he forged first kokuto in the verse i think it's clear he was a conqueror however Zoro hasn't recived anything from him. Too many generations between them Ryuma lived 400 years ago he isn't a direct descendant either i found this
