Today is a bright day. The shadows of a meh fight are there but in this precise moment there's not that much to be sad about. He might very well take on Kaido soon enough. No one with a working brain thinks that Sanji can't fight swordsmen.
He can, absolutely.
He simply cannot fight a swordsman stronger or much stronger than he is, like Zoro, or Law.
Stop being obsessed and just deal with it.

If he is a swordsman, then Big Mom is definitely as well.
