Well i want Black flames more since it will suitable with his epithet as "Black Leg"

But if Oda goes with blue or even white flames, i'll take it.

Maybe White because Sanji is a White Knight in disguise, Blue also fit his color theme and the All Blue..
Sanji doesn't need to have Black flames because of his epithet of Black Leg, epithet can change..

Nuance in that panel is that Sanji's flames are burning incredibly hot atm hence TCB's usage of "white hot".
Translation itself isn't wrong as it gives off the same nuance but there was no mention of "white" in that panel ^^

After further analysis, there's is only one flame color possible for Sanji as he doesn't want to be associated with germa in any way so his flames can't be black, they can't be blue due to Niji and they can't be orange because in the comic strip number 1 was orange.. By process of eliminaton, Sanji's new flames can only be White!..

If Sanji is getting another Flame upgrade powerup it will mostly be Black Flames.

If not Black than Blue first followed by Black in the end.

Black Flames in most cultures are regarded as the most powerful flames. It also Suits (Pun intended) Sanji's character. His Raid Suit name is Stealth Black, He is Called Black Leg Sanji; So yeah....

But It might progress from Blue than to Black in the end.
