as we know luffy has future sight the thing luffy did that showcased his haki bloom was dodging the needle from flampe in a way that parallels sanji dodging the jelly bean this points to sanji having adv coo
which would have been useful against the okama ( he would have to hide from them all the time so he would have to bloom his coo (
maybe you can say he like zoro with coc wasnt aware of it etc)
