What I get from this is that beside the original Lineage Factor modifications they received in the womb, the Vinsmoke siblings get further modifications down the line, most propably technological in nature, to adapt to their RS powers.

I guess these modifications happened after Sanji run away and their bodies became more mature to handle these enhancements which would explain why Sanji lacks the invisibily power.
