Yamato will be taking the first mate role and Zoro will stay with Momo in Wano. It makes sense because he is a Shitmotsuki wannabe and the Shimotsuki think of the Kozuki's as Gods. Also, Zoro's role is Combatant, but Sanji and Jimbei are stronger anyway so he is useless.

Zoro doesn’t make the meat. In fact he has no essential role on the crew he’s a freeloader who fights only. Luffy has no relationship with Zoro nor do they share any traits outside combat.

Zoro having 0 arcs just mean how well stablished his character is unlike all others that need a whole arc or 2 to be a reasonable member of the crew. Captain included.
