I originally thought that Luffy was gonna save Momo, but with Yamato taking him away, that's kinda off the table for now.

Now I think it'll be Zoro. Zoro's the one who's had his relationship with Oden's kids highlighted, Zoro has also shown quite a bit of care for the kid, and it can be an opportunity for Zoro to make up for his failure of saving Yasu.

We could also get a nice reversal of this line, where he says he'll have to answer to Hiyori if anything happened to Momo.
