Sanji vs Queen was a fight focused on Sanji's character development, thats why it had so much panels used to something else other than actual fighting, but i can easily tell you if that wasn't the case this would be one of the best fights in the series in terms of action (as all of Sanji's fights use to be)

Sanji's next fight wont be like that so you can expect the best action for sure

It’s a mixed bag. The raid suit in the baths and looking for prostitutes is obviously trash, but other than that there were some solid moments.
The random prostitute plotline in the middle of the Queen fight was atrocious though.

10/10- let himself get injured by black Maria and let himself get injured fighting off queen and king, decided to let himself be a punching bag for queen got serious with his power up and won that was it, wakes up before Zoro, threw away a powerup because he would be too OP for the trio. he kept handicapping himself for queen because he was too strong

Btw, without considering what he will do in a short while, I'd say 4. Blue flames, him trusting in Robin and some moments now and then were good. The rest just an awful mess. I expected way more from Sanji.
