Not all of them, I still don't believe that Asura is CoC but I do believe that the force of the dead was coated with CoC. But in an involuntary way ofc.

It's the only logical explanation for now in that no dark lightning sparkles or anything directable to such were spot whilst he performed the strike and in general terms during the process.
