Eh it's impressive since it's an advanced application of Haki
But it isn't an offensive power, nor visually pleasing like Advanced Armament so it gets put in the backseat by the fandom

It’s kinda just like what oda did with CoA imo. Where he just made CoC a better version of it

Would also fit with Sanji getting a Haoshoku type ability that’s not just CoC coating which would fit with his observation haki specialty

FS was used like once or twice during kaido x luffy fight, observation haki barely matters on actual fights lol.

True, especially since it's usage is minimal. It can be vital in some moments, but Oda never did it.

The thing is CoA and that adv CoC can be used separately or complement each other. Whereas FS Killing straight up disable FS, rendering it useless.

Yeah.
That's the weakness of Oda's implementation for CoO. It's either: every dodge in fight is CoO, or only select evade/evasion is CoO.
He never give it a clear indication like CoA's black color.
