Yeah.
That's the weakness of Oda's implementation for CoO. It's either: every dodge in fight is CoO, or only select evade/evasion is CoO.
He never give it a clear indication like CoA's black color.

Use it once just to show the character has it and never make him use it again.

Yes just like Zoro being able to use Ryou before Luffy. The Sanji thing i have caught since PH. he seems to be predicting stuff before they happen. Even one of the anime special episodes "Episode Of Koby" Sanji out of nowhere told ussop that enemies will emerge from a wall next to them and few seconds later it happened.

But leave it to Zoro fans and Sanji fans to downplay each others . Since they won't admit what Zoro and Sanji can do. Luffy bros are happy that Luffy can do everything now.

Nah that wasn’t till Skypeia. And the actual slash isn’t haki, but flying slashes coated with haki should require ryou as it implies flowing haki outside of the body

It's just not penetrative. It doesn't bypass defense.
