People keep bringing up Kinemon, but hold on...
Law beat Kinemon, but he was also stronger than Sanji. He managed to heart swap him on sight and saved him from getting killed later. Doflamingo swatted Kinemon away, but beat Law with low to medium effort and destroyed Sanji with no effort. Yes, RS will upgrade Sanji, but that really tells us nothing about how they compare.
There isn't much reason to think Sanji beats Kinemon easily and because people are thinking he'll skip to Queen, remember that a lower bounty YC managed to destroy the other Germa.

The issue is that given how personal kanjuro's story is to that of the scabbards, it would be absolutely awful for sanji to be the one who beats him. It should either be Kinemon or a group effort, if Kanjuro is that powerful.
But idk why sanji would need to fight him, he's tbh out of Kanjuro's league with the raid suit. I feel like Kanjuro would be completely blindsighted by stealth black invisibility.
Kinemon can do it imo. By using his DF, he can create armor that can resist Kanjuro's ink arrows.

To be honest Kanjuro seems a bit too important storywise for Sanji, who is just one of the sidelined SH in this arc, to fight him. Most likely we will have some scabbard, probably Kinemon, take him down while Sanji will prepare the party for the victory or if we are lucky some of the powerup dishes he learnt during the timeskip (Oda has shown just a recipe so far during Punk Hazard).
The conclusion is just logical, during WCI which was his arc and the year of Sanji he didn't get a real fight while now he get to shine with Page1 (at least until Toei animated it) and that is already a lot more than the fights he had in WCI so now I expect his next proper fight will happen in Elbaf or directly on Raftel.
