Current Events Sanji vs King or Zoro vs King? Pros and cons.

- There is so many character from both sides of the war in wano, so fights are very hard to predict. But we have characters that set out goals for themselves that they want to achieve. These are the ones that comes to my mind:

Luffy wants to beat Kaido
Kidd wants to kill Kaido
Yamato wants to beats Kaido
Scabbards wants to kill Kaido
Big Mom wants to catch and maybe kill the Strawhats
Perospero wants revenge on King and Marco
Queen wants to end one of the F6 (My money on X Drake)
Zoro wants to kill Orochi (I still think he's alive and maybe Zoro will manage to cut one of his mutiple heads)
Ulti wants to beat Yamato
Who's Who wants to beat one of the Calamities (My money on King)

So I think the future match up lay somewhere in these. Not all of them mind you but majority of them will happen in the future.

- What I think would happen for Sanji and Zoro:

Sanji will find some tortured prostitues and save them. Black Maria will be moved and endebted to him and join his side.
Sanji will be angry at King once he learns he was the one responsible for torturing the prostitues (King gives the vibes of a sadist so I won't be surprised if he's into BDSM stuff besides I think he's the head torturer if I'm not wrong).
Sanji + Black Maria and her prostitutes will join the Raid.
Sanji would want to fight King but is stalled by Fukurokujo (Ninja Leader).
Finding out Orochi is dead(?), Zoro would turn his attention to Hotei (Samurai leader).
After beating Fukurokujo Sanji will clash with King who himself just beat his opponent (Maybe Who'who, who took advanrage of the chaos to fight King).
Sanji and King's fight will reach a stalemate : Both immune to fire, fast, can fly and equally physical fighters.
Zoro will beat Hotei.
Zoro will join Luffy, Law, Kidd and maybe Killer and clash with Kaido for a bit.
Sanji will notice Queen lusting after Nami and will get even more angry and ditch his pointless fight with King to fight Queen.
Zoro then will notice King, who just got free from Sanji, coming to aid Kaido so he'll stop him from interfering.

In the end we'll find Zoro solo fighting King and Sanji solo fighting Queen.
I think Zoro will learn how to cut fire and beat King and Sanji will unleach some Devil Transformation(Hell Memories upgrade) due to his extreme anger and beat Queen.

Zoro is too weak to face her.

And If he somehow end up fighting her, he'd be forced to tag team with multiple other people to have a chance in beating her, and Zorofans wouldn't want that.

My point was that Luffy didn’t get any power up when he started dealing with YC level characters, he got his first post timeskip power up at the end of his fight with Katakuri. He had to beat Doflamingo and Cracker with what he got from his timeskip training only. His training in Udon is beside the point since he didn’t fight another YC level character after that.

Also to the people that use this scene from the OP as confirmation Zoro and Sanji are tag teaming

Don't you think this is referencing this scene which hasn't happened in the anime yet?


And for the people that are saying 'no the outfits are different' Toei clearly doesn't care as this scene is clearly referencing...

This scene from the manga

In the opening it is still 'Kyoshiro' with a pompadour hairstyle and no glasses clearly different to the manga scene

So i wouldn't use the opening as 'definitive proof'

I think Zoro vs King is more plausible Tbh.
King is more of a serious character than queen, I imagine king vs zoro would be all about “More power Less bullshit” fight (something everyone wants) While sanji (Most of the time) seems to be fighting when the fight involves something he cares for (his captain, his nakam, women, distressed people, hungry people, something pissing him off)
the way I see it zoro is more interested in fights based on (fighting cuz I wanna challenge myself) than sanji who almost always fights because of a more reasonable cause.

  1. I genuinely think they're cool
  2. Itll help lots of other characters shine imo
  3. Cool character synergy and interactions
  4. Plus i dont think the other strawhats can solo their "yonko equivalent"
    • Dont think luffy will solo kaido the captain
    • Dont think think zsj can solo the calamities aka the main fighters of the crew
    • Dont think the other 6 can solo the tobiroppo but if itll be lame if they didnt fight especially if zsj fight calamities

Oh plus 1 arc with tag team fights aint the end of the world
We still got at least 2 more yonko and whoever they fight in the final war

This whole saga has been about gaining allies to help us take down the beast pirates. The allies are important

Post wano then yeah the strawhats + fleet should be able to defeat a yonko crew. Now would just be dumb imo
