I don't think so. Sanji is not someone who is at his best in the air. Just because he can fly with Rokushiki, doesn't mean they make the great battle, the only thing which is shown out of his aerial ability is mostly escaping/rescuing, and obviously, he will be inferior with his floating ability to someone who can naturally fly. A better air battle is with someone like Marco, where he and king both have natural flight and not some trick to stay afloat(can take Jinbe and water as example too). King being a swordsman can probably use his swords skill too while afloat.

Next point just because king can fly doesn't mean his opponents have to do so. Take kaido himself, he can fly but we can already see he is in his normal form to fight scabbard since he can use his kanabo skills. I would assume King too most probably won't be using his flight form but more of his sword if possible.

I was just thinking the same thing. Some think that just because Sanji has a RS that he has become this incredible skilled aerial fighter and now Oda will show off a grand aerial battles. The truth is whenever we have seen Sanji use his RS Oda has emphasized on the suits durability. So whoever Sanji fights the durability will hold a greater importance then it's flying capability.

Even his family didn't show off grand aerial battles with their RS. As with his father, the flight capability is more used to help build speed and momentum to produce stronger attacks. Which matches Sanji fighting style. If Oda wants to show off his grand aerial battle it will be King versus Marco.

Zoro vs Ryuma is one of the best fights in one piece. Zoro vs Kyoshiro wasn't very exciting because it was a quick clash that was meant to go nowhere. Similar to Sanji vs Drake.

It doesn't matter whether Zoro or Sanji fighting King or Queen really. King and Queen are equals so Zoro and Sanji defeating two commanders on their own is a huge feats for both of them.

Yes but Queen with one sword no diff Drake who is fighting evenly with Zoro right now and when King the Background uses his sword, he got cockblocked by Veteran level Izo and couldn't even kill Raizo in the flashback. And then when he goes in Pteranodon form, he can't even scratched RS Sanji and Luffy said that attack was dangerous.

I remember him using it as a silhouette in the flashback. Also why would he even have the sword if he doesn’t use it?
He could still use hybrid and the sword
