Yes they are Oda is already setting Usopp vs Page one and Nami vs Ulti

Thats not gonna be a fight they just interacted, We saw ulti and Page One go up against luffy and Sanji, their way too competent to be defeated by Usopp and Nami. Even Franky defeating a Tobi Roppo is a stretch honestly.

They don't have to solo their opponents. I expect Nami to double or triple team Ulti where she deals the finishing blow.

This is a completely different context from Enies lobby, this pirate crew is huge there's many different tiers of characters.There's Headliners, Oniwaban and mirawarigumi people here too. Who will take care of these people and their leaders?

All Straw Hats are getting opponents who seem beyond their reach: Zoro and Sanji versus the heavy hitters, the other six versus the veterans, Luffy versus the Yonko who one-shotted him. It'll be CP9 all over again but on steroids. Chopper took on the guy who is VERY close to Blueno in strength, and Luffy "needed" Gear 2 to beat the latter.

Franky and Brook lol, one cleaves the homie in two, the other runs over a yonko like this is just another day for him.

Imagine if these two paired up against King, it’s going to be a neg diff. Franky with Shogun and Brook with a natural counter to King.
