Maybe it happens. The reddit leaker said Sanji and Zoro did not have a single 1on1 but multiple clashes and in the end they get paired with someone. Considering Kataturi seems like not an enemy in the film it can really be Sanji vs Kizaru and Zoro vs Fujitora, just as little clashes unfortunately.

I hate how it's only clashes nowadays without clear victors.
