Depends on how long the arc will continue for. I could see Sanji fighting Perospero but not as his arc opponent but if the arc is nearing it's end then I think Oda will put Sanji against a Calamity for his arc fight. Sanji has reasons to face Perospero but so do plenty of the other Straw Hats. Sanji's aware that Pedro wouldn't want him to blame himself, Carrot even reminded him of that so I don't think Sanji v Perospero is set in stone just cause there are some reasons for it. There are plenty of routes Oda can go with but I think he'll chose the one that involves Sanji vs Queen. Judge connection, Queen saying he wants to face Sanji. We'll see soon enough.
