The manga did a better job of showing just how much powerful Ifrit is compared to the usual
Before Sanji turned on Ifrit, Queen was laughing, shit talking, and basically tanking everything Sanji could throw at him despite not being able to tag him
When Sanji turned on Ifrit, Queen got pieced up in a few attacks he couldnt even react to, and was sent FLYING (the anime made it seem he just barely flew out of onigashima from gravity alone)

And like someone said here, the big ass explosion from boeuf burst looks alot more devastating in the manga, like the finisher Sanji needed
In the anime its just another anti-climatic attack in a combo
true... the narrative around zoan durability and resilience was portrayed very well , but i reckon it would have been better if they had this sequence in the initial phrases because that notion of zoan durability starts undermining sanji's growth in the latter end so that notion seemed even tho well established seemed out of place . The portrayal of an impregnable foe should have been set in stone in the early stages to hype up the growth of the character fighting them, but instead here it has an opposite affect .

Yes, anime did good when they show kaido and queen together as examples of crazy durability, so people would be more well prepared for that and in the end Sanji just defeated Queen the same way so whatever.

i woluldn't call its the same way there surely was a gap / discrepancy in portrayal there like i mentioned above, but all in all its great to have such animation for sanji
The true answer is I like my own scenario better 😜
In my mind, I don't change the canon, I just change the way it is represented. For example, instead of a barrage from one side to another side, I'd prefer the last combo to be from all sides of Queen. This way it also showcases Sanji's speed. Think the first Gaara vs Rock Lee.
Bonus point : the beef burst part of the combo targets the same weak spot as Naruto's A Thousand Years of Death.
