The biggest chance was Zoro hearing about Sanji's actions in WCI, specifically him beating Luffy to a pulp.

But nothing happened. So, no!! There is no more a chance for Zoro vs. Sanji.

If Oda do something in the future like someone in the strawhats tell Zoro if Sanji kicks Luffy in WCI, then it could happening.
But i dont think that will ever happen, and what is the purpose of doing that.

To remove Zoro from Straw Hats?! Would be a very interesting story progress to be honest. Zoro being in Laugh Tale is not necessary. I would rather enjoy it he gets to fight some strong swordsman separately for a while. May be he can appear in cover stories while main chapters focus on Luffy et al.
