No proof it replenished Zoro's stamina. Zoro slept, Luffy ate.
This is true. The fatigue is still there.
1. Mink medicine healed his body, as in bones and injury.
2. Resting for a few minutes restored his Haki reserve (Dressrosa Luffy needs 10 minutes, Onigashima Zoro is faster).
3. But rejuvenating a fatigue only can be done with a long rest (think Thriller Bark Zoro).
No way Mink medicine fixes his fatigue. This is why Zoro gets to sleep and medicine, while Luffy gets to eat.
Fatigue from tanking Hakai > tanking BM & stalling King Queen.
EDIT: I was referring to mental fatigue. Physical fatigue (stamina) can be restored via resting.

Even that is still too vague a term, because whatever happened with Calli could also count as action, making Zoro won by default and thus negating the point of
@Le Fishe D. Crydo's question in the first place.
This is true. Even if his physical state is still out cold, Zoro's mental state/subconscious is awake and reacting to the grim reaper.
