Like compared to luffya Legendary fruit that make gorosei pee their pants, or legendary sword Enma that is Best sword forged by the legendary swordsmith and used by legendary swordman oden that replaced any haki training, and comes with yonkou having PTSD when the see it, sanji just has technology, and not even the Best, vegapunk, even eos uospp and franky could Have better technology. Sanji raid suit even had bullets made of freaking CANDY as it's kryptonite rofl.

So sanji got a small power up with the exoskeleton and destroyed the biggest power up raid suit.

Don't compare with the asspulls oda is going with luffy and Zoro.

Sanji gain everything that his siblings have except the emotionless thing.
He grow faster, stronger, a body harder than steel and regeneration to some degree.
Zoro have a sword that is the only known weapon/way that let someone release haki energy.
It is a powerful weapon but it has drawbacks as well. You could literally OHKO someone or yourself at the same time lol.
Adv CoC is a huge pu that made zoro stronger, faster and increase his ap tremendously.
For me sanji is the clear winner, he literally get a special zoan df ability without any of its weaknesses.
He beat luffy as well in that department but the arc isn't finished yet, so things could change.
