Okay, I know how this title sounds in the background of what is happening, and yet I am convinced that Sanji will awaken the genes of the Lunarian and fire, which gives over protection, as well as possibly increasing attack, depending on the user's desire.

So, what tells us that Sanji will get the ability of King and seraphim? When only King had this ability, there was no indication that Sanji would also get it. However, now we have seraphim - the creations of Vegapunk, who have this ability, and this is already 5 characters.

Since Judge used the genes of the best in his genetic engineering, I wouldn't be surprised if a Lunarian gene is among them. Again genes engineering is something where Judge specialized, si he can't lose to Vegapank in it.

Isn't that too much for Sanji? No, since Sanji, unlike Luffy's Zoroya, most likely won't awaken COC, though even without COC, he will be able to match Zoro and the others thanks to the technology of Judge, the best father.

if Sanji does have Lunarian genes, its not because of Judge.
